Kylie Minogue Eyes US X Factor


Kylie Minogue has revealed she is interested in a job on the American version of X Factor, which launches next year.

Simon Cowell recently quit American Idol in order to concentrate on taking X Factor to the States. Several celebrity judges have been touted, including Cheryl Cole and Mel B, and now Kylie has admitted she’d like to mentor the contestants.

“That would interest me,” the 'All The Lovers' singer told American network NBC. “Maybe I could come in for a special kind of tutorial or something like that.”

Prince Harry And Chelsy ‘Split Up’


Prince Harry and long-term girlfriend Chelsy Davy have split, according to News of the World. The couple were together for six years and separated briefly in 2007.

Reports say 24-year-old Chelsy was the one who did the dumping, apparently unhappy with the amount of time Harry spent on family and Army commitments, and keen to return to her native Africa.

Dannii Signs £1 Million Record Deal


Dannii Minogue has signed a £1 million record deal with dance label Ministry of Sound, according to reports.

Although she’s now better known for her X Factor role, Dannii has had nine UK top 10 hits including ‘I Begin To Wonder’ and ‘You Won’t Forget About Me’. Her forthcoming album is expected to include collaborations with Freemasons and producer Richard Stannard, who wrote ‘In Your Eyes’ for sister Kylie

Johnny Depp Launches Record Label


Johnny Depp is setting up his own record label, to be called Unison Music.

The star already has an A&R team scouting the UK for new talent and, according to reports, one was at London’s Monarch earlier this month.

An insider told The Sun: "Johnny has always been passionate about music. He's taking a really hands-on approach to signing acts. Obviously he can't get to as many gigs as he would like but he's got a good team around him and will personally vet any signings that they make."

The Pirates of the Caribbean star has long been a massive music fan – he played guitar on the 1997 Oasis track ‘Fade In-Out’ and appeared on the soundtrack to his 2003 film ‘Once Upon a Time in Mexico’

Miley Cyrus in paranormal thriller ' WAKE '


Miley Cyrus is taking another step to erase all memories of ‘Hannah Montana’ from our minds by starring in the paranormal thriller, ‘Wake’.
Miley sat down with MTV News on Friday and revealed she is oblivious to most of the recent criticism of her raunchy new image. “I try to think of really just the positive things. My family, we're only allowed to have 10 channels basically at our house, because we don't want to see any of that stuff,” she explained. “So the people that are around me, they bring me the good things, and I never see anything or read anything that's bad.”
